 Ang Kusina Recipe Book

This cookbook is a collection of traditional family recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. It is divided into three sections. First is the Fusion Cuisine. These are cuisines from different countries that I have visited or cultures where their distinct ingredients are blended into our old-time recipes. Next are the Family recipes. These are dishes that evolved, preserved, or were enhanced by family members for centuries. And finally, the original seven classic silogs that my great grandmother has handed to us to enjoy.
