Inspired by the history of Japanese occupation in the Philippines, the brand name Äng Kusina® reflects a fusion of both cultures and cuisines. The Ang Kusina's logo replicates the Japanese flag, with a twist: a red plate instead of a red disc. The fork and spoon on the plate form the letter S, representing our signature dish, the Silogs.
